Fremantle’s blockbuster fifth series of The X Factor now has a querky online review show ‘The Fan Factor’ sponsored by McDonalds. Hosted by cheeky comediens Luke and Wyatt (Nickelodian and Nova FM) and Dave Eastgate (Warm up guy extraordinaire and The Moodys) the show features weekly wrapups, interviews, dares and skits, with a strong focus on social media interaction with the shows followers.
The 6-8min online companion show was written, produced and directed by Sean Rodrigo on a weekly production scheduel every week during live shows – by the completion of the series Sean has written over 65 pages of script and over 70min of content over the 11 weeks.
Each week online views clocked up an average of 15,000 organic views over the Youtube and Yahoo7 platforms.
Sean did an exceptional job producing and writing The Fan Factor, a comedy companion show for The X Factor Australia. He has a natural flare for comedy writing and segment producing, creating the show each week within a particularly tight window.
